In a more transparent country...

In London, Transport for London (TfL) have recently started publishing the working timetables (- staff only timetables, with detailed timetable information, train numbers, and empty stock moves).

If you have a look around this part of TfL there is so much transparent information.

Yet in Brisbane, we have terrible transparency, dodgy statistics, and last year a public timetable (Ferny Grove May 2013) was only published online more than a month after the timetable change! Oh dear.

It is beyond farce the level of transparency in SEQ.  Other states do a much better job.
Half baked projects, have long term consequences ...

The question must be asked of course, particularly since he is very familiar with the UK situation -- what does Neil Scales think about the lack of transparency?
