N310 route change

Last updated: 3.26pm Thursday 28 March 2013

From Friday 5 April, the following changes will be made to NightLink N310 services:

all N310 buses will start from George Street stop 116 (outside the Casino) and Brunswick Street stop 211, before continuing to Sandgate along the usual route
they will no longer stop at Eagle Street stop 116 or St Pauls Terrace stop 232
the N310 will run every 1 hour 15 minutes between 12am and 3.45am on Saturday and Sunday morning.

Service will depart George Street stop 116 (outside the Casino) at 12am, 1.15am, 2.30am and 3.45am.

These changes will improve travel times and service reliability.

There will be no changes to other NightLink services.
Half baked projects, have long term consequences ...

A sensible change but isn't it Eagle St 151 or similar?

N330 should do the same thing IMO - I think both should start from Eagle St though.

somebody

75 minute frequency?  What's that!!!

It's nice to know that there is a bus running a better frequency at 2am then my local route on a weekend... Sigh.

Virtually nobody is catching this route according to my Hornibrook contact.  Some runs are actually empty.

I'd hope so considering its a BT route. 315 is operated by Hornibrook.

Do they now. Do they use BT buses because I can swear I was on one not too long ago.

I'm guessing the frequency that can be done with one bus.

Taken last year during silly season by my contact (the driver).

I have a suspicion they may also do the last "normal" 310.
