Queensland Rail strives to be an employer of choice through strategies which support a diverse, fit, healthy and engaged workforce. The HW program aims to "to provide leading-edge health and wellbeing services to foster a healthy, engaged, resilient and high performing workforce". Ultimately, it aims to make the "healthy choices, the easy choices" for Queensland Rail employees. The HW program is holistic in nature, and targets wellbeing from an individual, team and organisational perspective.
