I have a lot of work colleagues who take the 393 from Herston RCH busway station to Roma Street via the Northern Inner City Busway. The usually regular and reliable 393 has now been cut back to the Normanby, requiring passengers to change onto the new 66 bus which starts at QUT Kelvin Grove station (which will probably be full to capacity at end of school/lecture times as at present) to get to Roma Street. Thus the number of direct bus services between Herston RCH and Roma Street has been almost halved and now consists of the 333 (which can be a bit erratic sometimes), and a handful of other less frequent services.

After the INB open day today I found out that the 330 will now travel via Roma Street and the INB, making the stunting of the 393 a bit more palatable. Quite why the 393 or 66 cannot travel one more stop is annoying to users of RCH Herston busway station!
