There are ongoing technical issues affecting our Smart Ticketing fare validators on some bus services across South East Queensland.

Our ticketing partner Cubic is working to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

As soon as the issue is resolved, we'll begin an automatic process to refund any customers who've been affected by this outage and charged incorrectly. Refunds will start rolling out next week.

There is no impact to older go card validators and you should continue to touch on and off with your go card using these machines as normal.
