TransLink website unavailable - Tuesday 29 May

Due to a scheduled upgrade, the TransLink website will be unavailable tomorrow (Tuesday 29 May) from 9.30am for an estimated 3 hours.

You will be able to view any service updates via our Twitter feed or phone the call centre on 13 12 30 for assistance planning your journey.

The go card account login will remain unaffected during this outage.

We thank you for your patience.

Do it in the evening and it's probably an even busier time.  You'd have to do it in the graveyard shift Mon-Thu for it to not inconvenience someone, and even then you have users of the 700 operating 24x7.

Sometimes there is better backup from IT vendors if things go wrong during a daytime upgrade, making a daytime upgrade less risky than a night time upgrade.

Appears to be back online again. Looks like a different Journey Planner to me.
