I would have to go with the ALP for now, as they seem to be the only ones with real plans for CRR.  LNP still thinks it's a "rolls royce" or something similar.  Greens want it but I'm not sure they're fully aware how important it is, they seem more interested in inner-city light rail.

LNP keep shooting themselves in the foot.

After listening to that rabble, I really can't put my vote onto the LNP.
The hypocrisy is astounding. He claims CRR is gold plated simply because it requires a large investment (the number is too large, we cannot afford it etc.), yet goes on about us needing to find a way to get more trains across the Brisbane River. If he is trying to stop the waste, why does the LNP support half-arsed alternatives such as South Brisbane terminators, which are an even bigger waste of state funds?

He says he has an alternative to CRR but he has not presented it. Even if we went with his alternative, the state would have to fund it without the help of IA and it would still be a number of years off from construction.

TransApex will worsen our traffic problems and solve nothing no matter what it is plated with.  TransApex's only claim to fame has been to loose investers particularly super funds a whole swag of money!

EDIT: ...and cost the City and State Government 100's of millions!

The LNP might be significantly better if Newman doesn't win Ashgrove.  What were their previous comments like?
