Bring on bus/T2 lanes to Old Cleveland Road ASAP

I spent today at my aunt's place from 6:30am, around the corner from Old Cleveland Rd, and had the hilarity of seeing rocket bus after "rocket" bus stuck in traffic! What a waste. Even my cat can walk faster dizzy than the P217...

Instead of a $2bn bus tunnel arriving in the 2020s, how about we do something common sense and take one of those lanes (oh no!) and use it as a bus lane or even a T2 lane.

Who actually drives to the city as a 9-5 commuter unless they don't live near PT? Gotta be kidding, parking costs a fortune. Bring on a park n' ride somewhere.
