In practice wouldn't you just refer everything to MetLink?

It really isn't much different up here except that TransLink is more than just the face on the system.  There are still a large array of private operators, government "organs", local councils, advertising agencies, 2 different levels of government operator etc to actually respond to you once your comment/question/complaint has gotten past the clearing house at TTA.
