Perhaps travel north of Cannon Hill and provide a service for the Queensport area?

I actually think the 590 needs to be redirected to connect to the Cleveland line (Cannon Hill is probably the better option), so this could provide a peak (maybe eventually full time) connection on Upper Creek Rd.  Connection to rail would not be as crucial for this as it would be for something crossing the river like the 590.
