Very comfortable ride on the 6.54 all stations from Oxley (Thurs 27.03.08)

Luckily I arrived a few minutes early as the 6.54am from Oxley to the city arrived around 6.51am - hmm unusual I thought.

Hopped onto the train and there were seats 15 or so actual seats available hmm I thought, what has happened here.

Then talking to a passenger travelling from Ipswich I was advised that the train had gone express (when they should have stopped) through gailes and wacol which made sense as to the early time and the availability of seats.

I suggest a new driver was in charge, but I for one can put up with little glitches like this if it means more drivers on the citytrain network

The good old 6.44am ex Oxley was running a maximum capacity overload today (March 27), some chose to remain behind at Taringa and other stations.
