2 Weeks is INEXCUSABLE for GoCard adjustments..

Seems like Translink are still behind the 8 Ball when it comes to fixing errors on GoCards.
On July 22, I made 2 calls to Translink and spoke to the call centre staff.. I found the staff to be polite and easy to converse with..

I gave them full details of errors in my statement and they took notes and advised the errors would be corrected within 10 days..

Today marks 15 days since I lodged my request and I find that my statement still has not been corrected..

I am not Impressed !!

Retired and got bored.

Today marks 19 days since I phoned TL to have my transaction statement corrected..

Today, the first correction of $10 has been made..

Still outstanding, a fixed fare of $10 and a fare of $3.11 (should be a continuation) as a result of the fiasco at Roma Street on July 7th...

What makes me angry is that although I can see what's happening, there are hundreds of commuters ( particularly elderly ) who still have no idea if they are being ripped off whilst on the Go....
