Not sure what is happening with this one, but it seems to have been given $840m for a $1234m project in the latest budget.

Basically involves a fly-under at North Strathfield for trains towards Flemington, refuges around Gosford and Broadmeadow, and a third track between Epping and Pennant Hills.

Seem like all sensible moves.
