So whether you use our services occassionally or on a daily basis, we're inviting you to come and tell us your thoughts over coffee with a member of our senior management team, our Chief Customer Officer.

QR may be listening, but are TransLink and the Queensland Government listening?

BrizCommuter's question is the crucial one.
QR have an excellent track record (pun intended) with their CRG's and communication.
TRANSLinks record is deplorable, and the Governments ?
