Hypothetical scenario:

Imagine that you live in St Lucia, near Hawken Drive.
You work in the CBD. Imagine that bus route 411 is under review and that you have received the following
timetable in your letterbox as part of a consultation exercise (see above).

Indicate on whether which option you prefer after looking at the hypothetical timetable above.
The direct service option will take you to the CBD via Coronation Drive.
The feeder service option will take you to Toowong where bus you will transfer to a train to the CBD.

OK, the results are now out! What a surprise.  :-w
It seems that people would be willing to give up the direct trip if it meant that they could get higher frequency services, even if that means interchange.
