Hi,

Just wondering what people might think of a RAILBOT branded blog. I read Brizcommuter's blog a lot (hat tip) and The Urbanist and blogs seem to get more read publicly / widely than forum posts. Perhaps it could run along similar lines to the Auckland Transport Blog, which has far and wide contributions. Blogs also integrate better with Facebook and subscriptions and could be more in-depth than our Media releases.

I'd be happy to contribute articles from time to time.

Negative people... have a problem for every solution. Posts are commentary and are not necessarily endorsed by RAIL Back on Track or its members.

Would be good to point out problems in the network on certain routes/observations overtime. The 680 arvo are still a constant issue up this way. Would also be a good place to point stuff out but not worthy of a media release.

I have thought about this before LD.   Leave it with me, might be a good Easter project.  I just hope that people use and support it.

By the way, many people read posts on this board.  We get upwards of 50 to 60,000 hits some days ...
