There are some ongoing intermittent issues.  Hopefully will be fixed soon, the web host has had some major issues.

There are still ongoing intermittent issues.  The web host is aware of the problems and attempting to sort.  It would appear to be a major problem with a server cluster and international network.

Patience ...

Love that song... one of my favourites - people at work know not to go near me if I am playing it through my computer speakers ;)

Just executed a mysql database server change.  Sorry for the momentary interruption but should be fine now.

I don't know if anyone else, but I'm stilll having connection problems on and off.

"Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later."

Thanks Nightwriter, yes still on going problems.  If you have delays hit the link again.

The web host has system administrators looking at the issues.

If it is not resolved this week I will probably move this board to another host.  Just about had enough.

So bare with it ...

There will be a move of this forum to a new host at around 4am 5th Feb 2010.  Expect downtime of about one hour.
