Couple of quick comments:

Go card use has fallen.

I don't believe the stated ontime bus performance 96.3% and 100% non cancellation, rubbish.  Simply following the TransLink twitter thread exposes many no shows for bus ....   :-w

Absolutely, no idea where they get their stats from, there is absolutely no way in hell they have 0% cancellation and run to time that often!

I really think that they need an onpeak and an offpeak criteria here too.

I too have been wondering what on earth "non cancellation" means.

Perhaps they mean that "once you remove the cancelled services, all remaining  services run 100% on time".
So theoretically every bus in Brisbane could be cancelled, bar one bus which ran on time, and the graph would show 100% reliability.
