Couple of quick comments:

Go card use has fallen.

I don't believe the stated ontime bus performance 96.3% and 100% non cancellation, rubbish.  Simply following the TransLink twitter thread exposes many no shows for bus ....

Absolutely, no idea where they get their stats from, there is absolutely no way in hell they have 0% cancellation and run to time that often!

I really think that they need an onpeak and an offpeak criteria here too.

I too have been wondering what on earth "non cancellation" means.

Perhaps they mean that "once you remove the cancelled services, all remaining  services run 100% on time".
So theoretically every bus in Brisbane could be cancelled, bar one bus which ran on time, and the graph would show 100% reliability.
