Maybe bus drivers should be breathalyzed every time they turn up for work. Random drug tests about once a week. If they aren't under the influence they have nothing to hide.

BCC's standard employment conditions state that random drug and alcohol testing can occur. This applies to all employees including office workers.

ButFli

A bus driver should not be subjected to random alcohol testing. They should be tested EVERY shift before they are allowed to board the bus.
