Adopt a station with Arriva Trains Wales

Our 'Adopt a Station' scheme aims to help improve our links with local communities and customers living near unstaffed railway stations.

We want to keep our unstaffed stations clean and pleasant, so this scheme is designed to encourage regular feedback about the facilities available to help us ensure they meet the high standards expected by our customers.

We are seeking volunteers who are interested in the welfare of their local train station, who we call our 'station adopters', to report on matters such as litter, graffiti, vandalism, lighting, information help points and timetable information.

As an adopter, there is no financial commitment. We just need you to fill in regular survey forms for your local Station Manager describing your local station facilities.

Other adoption activity could include improving the appearance of your station with extra touches such as floral displays, landscaping or artwork where practicable.

In return, we will give you ?75.00 of complimentary travel vouchers to use on any part of the National Rail Network.

To find out more about how to adopt a station, please contact our customer relations team on Tel: 0845 6061 660 or email customer.relations@arrivatrainswales.co.uk.
