Most of the article is unrelated, but I noticed this snippet:

He said the union was waiting for information on the impact on between 400 and 500 casual bus drivers and the impact on new bus routes due out in late October.

"We just don't know where that [finding drivers for new routes] is going to land," Brown said.

Does anyone know what these new bus routes are? Are they referring to the Gold CityGlider?
