I think there's lots for us to learn in Australia from an efficient and innovative project like this.

CDPQ - It's a super fund for public servants.

We have our own in Queensland - Queensland Investment Corporation or QIC.

It looks a lot like the Gold Coast Light Rail model just with a funding partner.

It would be interesting to see what the CDPQ's funding was - equity (cash for shares) or a loan.
