Actions if an adjustment to your go card is refused.

I asked the TTA what do users do if they are unhappy with an initial application for an adjustment to their go card.

The advice received was that if you are not satisfied with the result of an adjustment request, contact the TransLink Call Centre again on 131230 and request an adjudication of your denied request for adjustment.

Once this further request is received, the matter will be investigated further by the go card adjudication team and actioned where appropriate.

If the outcome is still not to your satisfaction, I would suggest referring the matter to the Office of Fair Trading.
