Not really, but doesn't the OTR look good 

Be nice to think this is where it will stay.  But shows well the effect of passenger numbers on OTR performance.

Update on on-time running performance for Citytrain Queensland Rail Month of April 2020

Greetings,

Passenger numbers dropped significantly during April as COVID-19 restrictions came into effect (see https://railbotforum.org/mbs/index.php?topic=13916.0 ). The silver lining was that on-time running performance improved dramatically.  This was expected to some degree.

April 2020 was the best monthly performance we have seen. Dwell times when passenger loading is heavy slows trains.

All lines are very good to excellent.

All services, including peak and off-peak, are measured as on-time when they arrive within three minutes and 59 seconds of their scheduled time, or 5 minutes and 59 seconds on interurban services - Gold Coast, Rosewood and Sunshine Coast. Target is > 95%.

FMA = force majeure adjusted
CI = customer impact (what passengers actually experience)
CP = combined peaks
