Gold Coast cableway: Plans to build Hinterland cableway tourist attraction by 2023

More than $1 million will be poured into getting a cableway built in the Gold Coast Hinterland by 2023, with two locations considered frontrunners.

^^Good to see the Gold Coast Cable Way (Gondola Lift) back on the agenda.

I would.like to see the Tamborine Mountain option go ahead first rather than the Springbrook option  Tamborine has the Village on top as well as walking tracks. It would make it very accessible with a bus connection at the base of the mountain. The rail bus could be extended further from Nerang Rail Station to the base of Mountain at the proposed Cable way station. Hopefully people will be able to pay with the Next Generation Intergrated Ticketing system as well?
