As from 1st January Queensland Rail has changed the OTR data they are publishing daily.  The contractual is no longer being published but is now changed to ' force majeure adjusted results '. https://www.queenslandrail.com.au/forcustomers/otr/dailyotr

" From January 2019, any NGR technical faults which impact Queensland Rail's on-time running or reliability will not be considered force majeure in the below data. "  https://www.queenslandrail.com.au/aboutus/ourperformance/service-punctuality-and-reliability

It would appear that they probably still have an internal contractual metric, which would have NGR technical faults excluded.  This is a meaningless metric, particularly as NGRs become the bulk of the train fleet.

Redcliffe Peninsula line ( 95.24% FMA ) and Caboolture ( 95.37% FMA ) are just over the 95%.  No change in their relative performance rating.

February will tell us if things have improved with greater numbers of NGRs in service now.
