QLD PT Patronage data from FY 12/13 through to 16/17

So the transport minister is stating 1.99mil to 2.39mil increase in one year for western bus patronage.....the 500`s series only comes in at 1.35mil....even if you were to add in the 463/534 it still wouldn't hit 1.9

Some observations

- Great Circle Line patronage, combine the 599, 598 together as they are a paired loop service:

598: 434,971
599: 413,998

Total: 848,969

That's solid patronage.

If we amalgamate 599,598,590 we can transfer almost all 590 pax to 599/598 (reformed):

590: 538,610

Total (amalgamated): 1,387,579 <--- Enough to justify 15 min service

Bear in mind those 1.3m pax are spread over a route that takes 3.5 hours to complete,  whereas other BUZ routes are typically an hour at most.
