Major implications for Melbourne Airport rail. Not as simple as just hooking up a train to the Airport.
Extensive research into how similar Melbourne and Toronto are was done by the late Dr. Paul Mees in his book 'Transport for Suburbia', Earthscan.

This train was built as an upgrade to the TTC Toronto Airport Rocket bus.
