^ Essentially, an hourly service isn't considered "regular" public transport by this group's metric.

Even if that hourly service applies for one hour on Sunday morning.

The outer suburbs are a long way from quality public transport - so far that this report doesn't measure any kind of constructive goal to work towards.

I'm actually surprised the BCC number is so high.
