Should Brisbane have Grade-level median busways?

Instead of Hardings Transit Ways proposal Wouldn't This be a much better idea with possibility in the future to change them into Light Rail corridors

Terrific idea but the basic problem in Brisbane is that most of the roads you indicated simply do not have anything like the width of the road in the graphic. Even major corridors like Moggill Road at Indooroopilly and Old Cleveland Road at Coorparoo are quite constrained.

It's worth looking at! Even side bus lanes etc worth it also.

Definitely for the Sunnybank / Mains Road area!

I agree certain corridors could have BRT/LRT. I reckon Mains Road/Pinelands Road Corridor with Urban revitalisation at Sunnybank Central with medium density Highrise and redevelopment of all 3 shopping centres. Having a combined shopping centre below apartments similar to the Cooparoo and South Point developments. Old Cleveland Road another contender as well as a corridor from Kingston - Logan - Vic Point to Cleveland.
