Keep up to date about your go card account with our new text and email alerts.

We'll send you a text (between 7am-7pm) or an email (anytime) when your:

    go card is going to expire
    credit or debit card details need updating
    auto top-up was successful or was declined.

Alerts are free and are exclusive to registered go card account holders.
How to change your notification preferences

Online:

    Log into your go card account
    Go to the Contact tab and select Edit details
    Under Notification preferences, choose which alerts you want to receive
    Once complete, click Save details.

Why didn't they just do this through the TranskLink App?  (And add Go Card account access to it while they were at it!)

Probably to get the greatest number of users.  Not all registered go card users would be using the app, only thing I can think of.
