Hi im a new naighbour from Drewvale suburb. Bordering Logan city council and drewvale of course brisbane city council.

I notice the bus timetable from bus 153 Rocket. Drewvale - Brisbane city.  The timetable will not run allday like most buses do across brisbane. Its alittle shame that the only bus there is available to go to the city has to be early morning hours and then late afternoon.  But there will not be buses example 10am or 11am and how about 1pm ? or return at 2 o 3pm  These are hours that people too would like to go to and from places across the city and back home to drewvale.

It would take me aprox 40minutes long walk from my home in drewvale all the way to Browns plains shopping centre bus stop terminals just to catch a city express bus.... Not a very good idea.

Of course browns plains shopping centre bus stop terminals has buses allday and all night runing to the city in fact express ? And if so why not for drewvale.  More and more people are coming to live in new homes across this area. And i notice alot of family with childrens and teens... Not everyone can aford a car or cant drive or because someone(s) is a pensioner and needs a bus without been stuck at home all day just because there is no bus hourly to the city all day.

And a express bus to the city will be useful without the long ruotes.

So i like to hear people in this area of drewvale and your feedback. It be good to let the state know we need a better shedule time for the bus. Not only just early bus and then no more until late afternoon for a very short period of time.  And to make it worse no buses to city Saturdays and Sundays from drewvale ? Well it be really good if we did had this available. Its 2014. And surely brisbane is growing fast. So drewvale also.

P.S  Each bus stop across drewvale would be nice to have a seat and a bus stop undercover to make it better.. Like a bus stop should look like.

Drewvale is a very interesting area.. narrows streets almost like a village with new brick homes. And how quiet and hardly no one in the streets. Everyone are doing thier own business at home. Big homes things to do. Bus poor bus service across drewvale would be useful to fix the problem by know or will they in the future ?

I know there is another bus available that runs every hour or so allday number bus 547. That can take any passanger to Browns plains shopping centre bus stops. But would be good to also have the rocket bus express bus from drewvale to the city all day timeslots.

Thank you and hopefuly someone will tell us something about this.

I've posted a response here ---> http://railbotforum.org/mbs/index.php?topic=7546.msg144809#new.

If you want better bus stop infrastructure then I'd suggest you speak to TransLink who'll then determine if it is required and if Brisbane City Council gives permission for that to happen.

No worries. Thank you. Well not sure if Translink will repond anytime soon if its the only 1 person in drewvale wanting better timetables bus service in drewvale to go to the city and back. Thank you.
