Sunbus Sunshine Coast industrial action disruptions - Thursday 27 July

On Thursday 27 July, Sunbus Sunshine Coast bus services will be impacted due to an industrial dispute between Sunbus Sunshine Coast drivers and their employer.

School services will not be affected by this dispute however, students using regular Sunbus services will be affected. 
Work stoppage - 10am to 2pm

There will be a four-hour work stoppage from 10am to 2pm. We are working with the operator to understand the extent of the impact.

Please avoid unnecessary travel during this period. If you need to travel, please plan ahead and allow extra travel time in case of delays, or to arrange alternative transport.

Transport Workers Union member activities

From the first service until the last service, drivers involved in this dispute may wear Transport Workers Union branded clothing and will not be collecting fares.
