Why should there even be top ups on buses. All they do is slow them down. Hurry up and roll out more top up locations and purchase points.

Totally agree. Other systems have managed this. People won't adjust. They will when they get left behind the first time. The change over can be managed. 1mth phase out, so that every time someone try's the drivers gives them a leaflet explaining this cannot continue. We are too soft on users or think it all too hard, others have made the hard decision, so can Brisbane. Warn them for a month or two, fine them after.

You mean deny them. Fining for asking to top up would be a big deturrent through
