If anything, when the city gets large enough and trading hours are deregulated, I'd extend NightLink services to all weeknights for selected bus lines. Perhaps an hourly frequency. It isn't going to carry huge volumes of passengers, but that's not the purpose; It would purely be a lifeline measure.

Hobart has better trading hours than Brisbane.

I'd say the city is already large enough for trading hours to change. Chermside just had their 36 hour straight shopping period which had some crazy amounts of people there so late in the night.

those routes you outlined would probably carry more pax into the morning than the majority of the other buz routes  currently carry after 10pm eg :120,180,340,100
