It is not population growth we are struggling with. Rather it is unsustainable transport and economic growth from the current population. Population growth has only a minor role to play!

All this great planning is creating the problems not fixing them!!! 

Vancouver, Cophengahen, etc have recognized this but good ol SEQ is in total denial!!
