translink info line number

Hi all
Sorry to bother but I lost the landline number for the translink info line. The 13 number isn't working for me.  i have had problems with calling the 13 number from interstate before so am guessing that bright sparks only have it activated for queensland thinking the rest of Australia isn't interested in travelling in Qld or something. So if someone can help I would appreciate it.
