Missing 19x buses

Over the past few months I've noticed a rapid deteriation on the 19x services. Often I'm left waiting 20 minutes for a bus, take this morning , just missed the 196 at 930, next bus turns up at 948. It's not good enough. I live 10 minutes on bus from the CBD, that's a 30 min trip.

Have you raised it with Translink? I know it doesn't change the fact that the bus didn't turn up but they will get BT to look into it and see why the bus didn't run.

route 120 also has random timings.....some turn up early,some turn up late,on occasions ive had 2 120 buz turn up at salisbury east at the same time.Rare but delays happen for unforseen reasons.At peak hour outbound often there are buz services overtaking the previous scheduled route.

The tenerriffe turn around is closed at the moment forcing the 199 to do a loop around the block which may be causing upsets in the timetable. It is not listed on translink but the turnaround is closed

I also had a 199 run 8 mins late last week. Things should improve once the turnaround is reopened.
