ultra slow speed

I have noticed since the upgrade if I have RBOT open in my browser it goes very slow.
Can take 5 mins after submitting a post for it to actually submit.
Can take 15 seconds after typing one letter before it registers

When I have other websites open at the same time they work just fine even though RBOT is going very slow so it is this site that is the problem not my connection.

There is no issue with the board. Operating normally.  Are you behind a corporate firewall?  Firewalls can cause issues which are not related to this site.

Suggest you clear your cache/history.

Also local proxies can be a problem.

I have turned on the time it takes to render pages, see it the very bottom of a page.

(this page took 0.064 seconds ..).

If it is taking a long time to post letters seems very much like a local issue.  Server response times are lightening.

Try another browser as well.

Cache cleared I would suggest ...

They all load very quick when i first access the site but if I stay on the site for 5 mons that is when it starts slowing down.
Will try a few of those things.
