I like this part:

Fixing the Trains

Our passengers expect more of us, taxpayers want better value for
money and suppliers want a simpler and more efficient way to do
business with us.
Our annual Culture Survey shows that staff want the freedom to
do their jobs better and not be bound by multi-layered levels of
bureaucracy. They want to feel more empowered to do their jobs.
In 2011 the NSW Government established the integrated transport
authority, Transport for NSW , and re-orientated the transport
agencies, including RailCorp, to service delivery.

But where are the faster and/or more frequent services?
