The end of the South Morang- Epping Saga?

Finally the South Morang Rail Alliance have had a win!

Nine years after the State Labor Government promised a return to services the new Victorian budget has allowed "$10.4 million for design works for the extension of the Epping line to South Morang". May this be the beginning of the end to this sorry saga. Certainly shows the benefit of web based lobbying.
