Timetable update issues

Has anyone else noticed that this starting to happen more and more often where translink has stuffed up something so simple like updating a .pdf or its journey planner?

I'm starting to think its worthy of making a thread about all the lazy simple stuff ups translink has done. There was the whole trying to figure out the correct time at Roma Street/Cultural Centre/Southbank (Does that issue still remain? I just don't bother looking at the pids there anymore haha), bus stop pids still display the 345 as Hope Street, the amount of times where QR has made a timetable mod and updated all their information/handouts yet translink doesn't update the .pdf/journey planner, busway pids not even turned on for days at a time, busway pids telling you to look at the printed timetable at 8pm at night...... handy info right there, journey planner giving out wrong information/lack of information (special events/extra planned services/service mods) and timetables that don't match each other. It also begs the question what does Translink actually do during the day haha.

HTGs post might as well be the thread starter...Move as necessary mods.

Here's one I remember from first year of uni (4 years ago)
And its still there!

We had a site visit to a recycled timber place in Narangba.

Notice the Bus train connection to the 668.
There is 6 minutes between the train and the Bus at Narangba, which is a connection according to the printed timetable:
http://translink.com.au/resources/travel-information/network-information/timetables/111128-660,663,665,668.pdf

But the journey planner says to wait 36 minutes at Narangba. LOL

LOL, and why is it that feeder offers a better daytime service than mine anyway? Im 10km from the CBD FFS!

Oops looks like they (the call centre contractor) hasn't updated the journey planner.

EDIT: I've notified TransLink directly, hopefully will be sorted.

If you call them to enquire about the route they still give you the wrong time lol. A lady I was speaking to at the busway said she told them about it and when she rang a week or two later just to confirm the times, they still told here the old timetable.

The journey planner still hasn't been updated with the 07:04am from Ferny Grove. It's till showing as 07:06am.  ::)

Well it did leave FG at 7.06am this morning anyway. Who knows what's going on.

Have TransLink informed QR of the timetable change?  ;)

Well I'm still yet to get a formal response from QR/Translink about why this timetable change was handled so poorly. I'll give them until next week before I hassle them about it again.

Most of the PIDs along Old Cleveland Rd are very accurate.. They display exactly what the passengers are doing.. They display "waiting".
