And it is the current government's plan (and probably the next government's plan too) that the Sunshine Coast 'capital', the CBD for a city of 508,000 people by 2031 in the second fastest growing region of Queensland, will get a rail service, possibly, in 20 years time.  Go figure.

Makes it easier to develop the scenic 'water features'.  Put in a few mini-dams and you have toad ponds and cascading water ripples where plastic bags and debris can collect.  Besides, you have got to have somewhere for the yobs to sink the shopping trolleys.
