From what the CRG (all lines bar IPS-CAB) was told, that will be the same presentation they were given on wednesday last week.
There is no silver bullet... but there is silver buckshot.
Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

somebody

Then is it possible to see it without having to take time off work?

Correct.  Well worth it.  Dan said the only problem with webinars is that people can't interrupt him.  He actually likes the interaction rather than just doing a presentation.

From memory they were going to have a couple of sessions - one in the evening.  I could be thinking about something else though.

I'm not sure how this webinar will run. I've signed up for it and it says I will be connected via my computers microphone and speakers suggesting I can talk back to him. Not sure how that will work, or it may be just a feature of whatever software they're using but won't actually be used. Who knows?

Derwan, I did notice he really liked the back and forth, which was a bit dissapointing for me, I had to leave early so missed most of the presentation last week. No big deal though, thanks to the webinar.

While the presentation was good, I got more out of the questions and discussion that we had with Dan.  He was going to make some improvements to the presentation, so you'll get to see the improved version.  :)

I did like the question and answer session though. Quite interesting, and I agree with a lot of what he had to say.

I watched it today. Interesting seminar. There is another scheduled for tonight apparently (a repeat, they do them live). They said they were going to try and put a copy of the seminar on youtube however, technology permitting.

They are holding another webinar tomorrow with their customer advocate from 1pm till 2pm (Register @ https://www3.gotomeeting.com/register/384984094)

Queensland Rail is undertaking one of the largest customer consultation exercises in our history, including stage two of a review of SEQ timetables. We know the timetable is important to customers, as are issues including your comfort, the information you receive and your security. Log in and hear from our Customer Advocate, and a member of our disability access team, about our customer initiatives, accessibility and feedback.

Yes, I attended as well.  Was very worthwhile!   Can't make the one tomorrow, but worth going along if you can.

Will have to do better than 'try', was no problem for the RTA in NSW:

That's how a webcast should be done.

Qld shown up as amateur state again.
