Reagan-Clinton Radio Ad

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) and the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) have launched a radio and television ad campaign featuring Presidents Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. The two organizations aim to elevate transportation investment into the ongoing congressional debate about the federal budget and future investment priorities.

Can't they get Obama to give a rousing speech declaring America will build HSR by the end of this decade? It worked for JFK and the moon landing. He can set it up as some sort of competition with the Chinese commies if he has to.
