A) A bus lane
B) A toll road
C) congestion charge

I can envisage it, the LNP's newest let's-screw-over-the-public idea: install HOT lanes on the Gateway Mwy and toll the T2 lanes on the Pacific Mwy and use it to fund the Bruce Highway upgrades.
