Suncorp Stadium bus stop changes and diversions

On Monday 11 April the following bus stop changes and diversions will be in place due to the Brisbane Broncos v Newcastle Knights game at Suncorp Stadium.

Caxton Street (inbound) diversions

From 3pm and 10.45pm, the following inbound buses travelling through Caxton Street will be temporarily diverted:
Routes 376, 382, 383, P384

Inbound services will travel normal route to Given Terrace, left into Hale Street, right into Musgrave Road, right into Countess Street, left into the Inner Northern Busway and continue the normal route from Roma Street busway station.

Routes P374 and 375

Outbound will travel from George Street, right into Turbot Street, left into Upper Albert Street to Wickham Terrace, left into College Road across to Musgrave Road, left into Hale Street, left into the Caxton Street off ramp, right into Caxton Street and continue the normal route.

Route 385

Outbound will travel from King George Square busway station onto Roma Street, right onto Turbot Street, left onto Upper Albert Street/Wickham Terrace, left into College Road, across to Musgrave Road, left into Hale Street, right into Caxton Street and continue to the normal route. This route will not stop at Roma Street busway station.

Affected routes include:

    * P374 (Paddington to City)
    * 375 (Bardon to City to Stafford)
    * 376 (Stafford to City)
    * 382 (The Gap to City)
    * 383 (The Gap to City)
    * P384 (The Gap to City)
    * 385 (The Gap to City).

CBD bus diversions

Route 350

Outbound services from Ann Street stop 9 will turn right into George Street, right into Turbot Street, left into Upper Albert Street to Wickham Terrace, left into College Road, across to Musgrave Road, servicing the first stop in Musgrave Road and normal route. This route will not stop at Roma Street busway station.

Routes 379, 380, 381

Outbound services from Adelaide Street will turn right into George Street, right into Turbot Street, left into Upper Albert Street and into Wickham Terrace, left into College Road, across to Musgrave Road and continue the normal route.

Routes 425, 430, 435, 450, 453, 454, 460

Inbound services will travel via the am peak route to North Quay.

Routes 470 and 475

Inbound buses will travel normal route to Milton Road and Baroona Road respectively, then into Park Road, left into Coronation Drive, on to North Quay and continue the normal route. Outbound buses may be detoured from Upper Roma Street, left into Saul Street, right into Skew Street. Outbound buses will travel normal routes, however stops on Milton Road between Upper Roma Street and Park Road will not be serviced when barricades are blocking normal pedestrian access.

    * 381 (Ashgrove to City)
    * 425 (Chapel Hill to City)
    * 430 (Fig Tree Pocket to City)
    * 435 (Brookfield to City)
    * 450 (Riverhills/Mt Ommaney to City)
    * 453 (Mt Ommaney to City)
    * 454 (Riverhills to City)
    * 460 (Forest Lake to City)
    * 470 (Toowong to Teneriffe Ferry)
    * 475 (Rainworth to City to P.A. Hospital)

Coronation Drive (Milton) bus stop change

From 7.45pm and 10.45pm, Cribb Street bus stop 5/4 (inbound) will be temporarily relocated.

Passengers for this stop should proceed approximately 100 metres towards the city to the temporary stop.

Affected routes include:

    * P88 (Eight Mile Plains to Indooroopilly via City)
    * 411 (University of Queensland to City via Hawken Drive)
    * 433 (Kenmore South to City)
    * 444 (Moggill to City)
    * 453 (Mt Ommaney to City)
    * 460 (Forest Lake to City).

Odd that the inbound 4xx expresses are going via North Quay.  Is the Cultural Centre being closed??

Not that I'm aware, but you do get a heck of a lot of game buses that aren't stopping traveling through there.
