Note the proposed offpeak discount increase to 20% in 2012.

1.2 Details
 go card auto top-up will be introduced and off-peak discount (10 per cent
cheaper between 9am and 3.30am, after 7pm and on weekends and public
holidays) will apply
 go card discount on single paper ticket price will increase to an up-front 30
per cent discount from 20-35 per cent depending on zones travelled
 go card Frequent User Scheme will continue (additional 50 per cent discount
after 10 trips in a Monday to Sunday period)
 Three, six and 12 month train passes will be removed from sale from
January 1 2010. Valid until the time printed on the ticket (latest end of 2010)
 Expanded retailer network – pre-loaded adult and senior go cards available
at 200 new resellers.
o 40 new AVVMs at busway stations and key interchanges (can top up
and dispense)
 Giveaway of 400 000 free go cards with $10 pre-loaded credit (to be handled
by Marketing)
 Seniors Card partnership and new limited life product
1.2.1 Looking forward
 Paper tickets completely phased out by end of 2010
 Fares will rise by 15 per cent per annum over the next three years
Off-peak discount will increase yearly to 20 per cent in 2012
 Significant body of work to have every single commuter using go card by end
of 2010

Yes, 15% this year for off peak, and 20% for 2012. 

I think the fare strategy is as good as dead with an election due NLT 2012 anyway.  They have botched it badly.
