Articles: Option for members to publish

Greetings,

An articles tab has been added to the main menu bar.  This allows the posting of articles that members have written and wish to share.
It is not intended to replace the normal discussion forum threads, but be a place for self publishing of serious self authored articles and papers of interest to a wider audience.

Members can add and edit their articles.  All visitors to the board can read the articles, but only members can publish.

I don't actually have anything to contribute to the articles tab, but how do we actually contribute to it? I can't see a post new article button or anything. Just a search button.
