Can I suggest a few changes which could be done almost overnight and make a worthwhile difference:
1) Truncate the 425/435 at Indooroopilly full time (i.e. chop off the city-indro part), and up the 425 frequency to half hourly.  An alternative for the 425 may to simply extend the 428 full time.
2) Can the 430 and 445 and instead have a loop in both directions to Indooroopilly
3) Instead of running around the 450 all day on weekends, run a 454 but truncate at Indro.  Do the same thing in the weekday daytime, although there would be some times that a 450 does make sense
4) Money saved would allow a 433 to run half hourly
5) Remaining routes would be the 453 & 460 which generally run half hourly.  These should guarantee connection to the Indooroopilly starting routes, so that if they are up to (probably 10 minutes) late, the Indro starter waits.  They should also come at the same location as the 444, wherever that is, and give a 7.5min frequency to Indooroopilly school until a reasonable hour.
